Control Box Installation

Installation steps

  1. Find a serviceable location away from the immediate pool area.
  2. Position the unit at least 1.2m (4ft) above ground level.
  3. Ensure that control box is installed within reach of a power point.
  4. Secure the control box to the desired height (on a wall/post etc.) with the screws provided.
  5. Secure the power pack with the screws provided.
  6. Plug-in and power-on.

NOTE: While the control box is approved for both indoor and outdoor use, choosing a location where the control box and power pack are protected from the weather and direct sunlight will extend the serviceable life of the device.

Additional considerations

  • If the Water Witch is used indoors or for projects that may generate large amounts of steam or precipitation (for example, a spa or heated pool), there must be adequate ventilation and air circulation to prevent the accumulation of moisture inside the device.
