WARNING: Do not attempt to open the control box. This will void the 12 month factory warranty.
Control box operating issues
1. No display
If the LCD display on the control box is not illuminated:
- Check site power (see Checking site power).
- Power cycle the control box (see How to power cycle the control box).
- Observe if the display turns on.
If the issue persists, your control box may need to be replaced.

NOTE: Your control box may still be operational without a working screen.
2. Freezing or unresponsive
If your control box does not respond when a button on the faceplate is pressed:
- Power cycle the control box (see How to power cycle the control box).
- Try to navigate between operating modes using the MODE button.
If the issue persists, your control box may need to be replaced.

3. Fault codes will not clear
If you have confirmed that all other components are operating correctly and a fault code is not dismissed by pressing the ENTER button, your control box needs replacing.
