Replacement solenoid valve

The best point of contact to obtain a replacement solenoid is a service technician or your place of purchase. Speak to your local pool service provider or retail store to purchase a new component.

How to replace

  1. Turn off water supply at the tap or two-way valve.
    • If the valve is installed in the filtration return line, ensure that the pump has been switched off.
  2. Disconnect the solenoid cable from the solenoid.
  3. Unscrew the old solenoid and replace with a new unit.
  4. Connect the solenoid cable to the new solenoid.
  5. Open the tap or two-way valve.
    • Turn on any pumps as necessary.
  6. Test that the new solenoid has been installed correctly by changing the control box into SET LEVEL mode and manually triggering the sensor. See Testing Water Witch operation.
