Replacement control boxes
The best point of contact to obtain a replacement Water Witch control box is a service technician or your place of purchase. Speak to your local pool service provider or retail store to purchase a new device or component.
WARNING: Cooke Industries does not repair defective or damaged control boxes, nor do any of our partnered service technicians or builders.
If a person attempts to open the control box, it will void any warranty the device may have remaining.
Warranty
If your Water Witch is under 12 months old, you may be covered under the factory warranty.

Steps
- Turn off the control box at the power point.
- Disconnect any attached cables and unplug from the power pack.
- Carefully remove the fastening screws.
- Mount the new control box and fasten.
- Reattach all cables and power pack.
- Turn the device on and press ENTER.
- Set the tank type and volume outlined here to ensure your new control box operates as expected.
NOTE: If you are replacing an old model (Australia only) and aren’t also replacing the solenoid valve, you may need to change the voltage setting to ‘SOL 12V DC’.
