Attempt the following steps to diagnose your power issues. Inspect that the LCD screen lights up between each of these steps.

  1. Plug in the Water Witch control box and turn on at the power point.
  2. If there are multiple points on the same outlet, switch to the other.
  3. Check the outlet’s operation by plugging in another device.
  4. Plug the control box into another outlet on a different line (e.g., inside the home).

If the outlet is operational, you may have a faulty control box or power pack. See Replacing the control box.

If the control box lights up when connected to a different power point, you may have a problem with your outlet. Check that the circuit breaker hasn’t been tripped and contact a qualified electrician if required.
