Attempt the following steps to diagnose your power issues. Inspect that the LCD screen lights up between each of these steps.
- Plug in the Water Witch control box and turn on at the power point.
- If there are multiple points on the same outlet, switch to the other.
- Check the outlet’s operation by plugging in another device.
- Plug the control box into another outlet on a different line (e.g., inside the home).
If the outlet is operational, you may have a faulty control box or power pack. See Replacing the control box.
If the control box lights up when connected to a different power point, you may have a problem with your outlet. Check that the circuit breaker hasn’t been tripped and contact a qualified electrician if required.
