Overfilling may be caused by one or multiple issues with the device configuration or hardware.

Fault 1
If the Water Witch operates for the maximum runtime duration, this will trigger a fault on the control box display and may cause overfilling, often due to the sensor not detecting that the required water level has been reached.
To diagnose and resolve if a fault has occurred, see Fault 1.
If there are multiple people with access to the control box, a fault code may have already been manually cleared. See Checking logs to check that there were no recent faults.
No fault code
If there is no fault code but your water level is too high, check that it is not caused by a hardware or sensor installation issue.

My problem still isn’t resolved…
There may be other conditions at your site which cause the pool to overfill.
Seek advice from a local serviceperson to diagnose your issues.
