Overfilling may be caused by one or multiple issues with the device configuration or hardware.

Fault 1
If the Water Witch operates for the maximum runtime duration and your pool still isn’t filled, this will trigger a fault on the control box display. You may have incorrect settings for tank type and volume which will cause the device to shut off prematurely.
To diagnose and resolve if a fault has occurred, see Fault 1.
If there are multiple people with access to the control box, a fault code may have already been manually cleared. See Checking logs to check that there were no recent faults.
No fault code
If there is no fault code but your water level is too low, check that it is not caused by a hardware or sensor installation issue.

My problem still isn’t resolved…
There may be other conditions at your site which cause the pool to be low.
Seek advice from a local serviceperson to diagnose your issues.
